FORMS PRINT · LONG-TERM BRANCH

Model prep
and a slicer.

Orient the model, fix non-manifold geometry, generate supports, slice to G-code. The longest-term branch on the family tree — not the next thing we ship, just being built honestly and slowly behind the core CAD work.

THE INTENT

Model prep

Orient, scale, and repair meshes — fix non-manifold geometry before it wastes a print.

Supports & settings

Generate supports and dial in layer height, infill, and speeds per material.

Slice to G-code

Slice the prepared model to printer-ready G-code for the build plate.

Straight with you: this is the furthest-out, most experimental item on the roadmap — a long-term lab branch, not the next thing we ship. Slicers are a crowded, brutal category; Forms Print only happens if we can give it a real reason to exist. It sits below the core CAD tools, not beside them.
